The Man Behind the Mission
In 1995, just after getting married, Chip Townsend and his wife Glyn Ann invested their life savings — just under $1,000 — into a 100-year-old building and 57 students. It was a leap of faith.
Today, those 57 students have grown into over 1,000 across two locations, generating more than $1 million in annual revenue, all in small-town America.
Along the way, Chip became a 14x ISKA World Champion, broke 7 world records, and brought his story to national platforms like ESPN, Discovery Channel, and NBC’s America’s Got Talent — all while being legally blind. Together, Chip & Glyn Ann have a combined 17 World Titles under their belts.
But his greatest passion isn’t titles or TV appearances. It’s helping instructors build schools that change lives through character, discipline, and heart.
